     5. Now select “Fingerprint” option from the “Lock Screen” menu bar.
     6. Then you have to put your entire finger on the “Button Surface”.
     7. The fingerprint scanner will notify you to put your finger on the surface of button up to eight times.

After that you will completely registered with fingerprint scanner. If you have done all these steps successfully, a “Dot Pattern” will appear on the screen.

The fingerprint scanner of Samsung Galaxy S5 allows you to set up three different fingerprint profiles so that you can include others to use the phone.
